Below is a list of a few activities happening in Lake Oswego and its neighboring areas in March 2024.
Hop into Spring:
Oregon Zoo, March 30th
Welcome spring with outdoor lawn games, magic shows, animal encounters, and more at Hop into Spring! This is a celebration of the spring season geared toward the 10-and-under crowd. Activities will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 30. Free with zoo admission. Get tickets here.

Lee's Farm: Easter egg Hunt

A peek into activities:
🚜 Hunting for 12 empty eggs to pick your own age/kid/parent-approved prizes

⏰ Leisurely collect your eggs and play on the farm within your 2-hour window

Spring Walk Through
This May, the 6th-11th we will be conducting our annual Spring Walk-Through. This event, helps ensure Bryant Woods remains a safe, and beautiful place for us all.
About the Spring Walk-Through:
The Spring Walk-Through is conducted by the HOA board to inspect the common areas, external property conditions, and the overall aesthetic and safety of our neighborhood. This process allows us to identify any areas requiring maintenance, repair, or improvement, upholding the quality and value of our community.
Property Readiness: We kindly ask each resident to ensure their property exteriors are maintained in accordance with our community standards. If there are areas you're already working on, we appreciate your proactive efforts.
Should you have any specific concerns or suggestions regarding the community's common areas or overall environment, please feel free to share them with us before the walk-through. Your input is valuable in making Bryant Woods a better place for everyone.
How to Prepare:
Please take a moment to review the exterior of your property, ensuring it aligns with our community's standards. Should you identify any issues on common property that need attention, notify us.
Here are a list of Common CC&R Violations:
Clutter, disrepair, debris, unsightly appearance. This is a common citation. Please ensure your property is clean and well-maintained. All tools, landscaping equipment, building materials,trash/recycling/green bins, ladders, clutter, tarps, etc., must be stored out of street view. Roofs, gutters, downspouts and exterior surfaces should be clean and in good condition (no moss) Weeds should removed with reasonable frequency, and grass must be cut during growing seasons at least once every two weeks. Generally, the outside appearances of the homes andthe land surrounding them must be maintained.
Neglected landscaping. The CC&Rs address minimum standards for landscaping:“…Finished treatment of the ground surrounding any structure which gives it a finishedappearance and which in nature, kind, materials and topography is consistent with the qualitygenerally maintained in the neighborhood…” The warmer temperatures offer a good opportunity to make minor landscaping improvements that can make a big difference in your home’s curb appeal.
Parking recreational vehicles or storing non-operating vehicles in street view. As per the CC&Rs, “No trailer, boat, tent, camper, whether mounted or unmounted, unmounted canopies, motorhomes, recreational vehicles or similar equipment nor any structure shall be placed, maintained or constructed on any lot or on any street or Common Area" unless they can be stored out of sight from the street on said lots and are not used for living purposes. Historically,the board has allowed 24 hours for loading or unloading.
Failure to obtain approval from the Architectural Committee in writing for exterior changes. Please remember that most changes to your house and property need prior approval from the Bryant Woods architectural committee (BWHOA CC&Rs, Article III, Section 3). This includes, but is not limited to, exterior painting, doors and windows, construction/painting of fences,constructing decks and backyard sheds, satellite dishes, skylights, play structures/forts, pergolas/awnings and roofing material. It is important to know the board can assess fines forfailure to obtain approval before making exterior changes.
