Architectural Request Forms
To help keep our community looking great and running smoothly, HOA approval is required before starting any work on fences, roofs, exterior paint, or other structural or architectural changes.
Submitting the appropriate form before you begin protects both you and the community. Please note that work completed without approval may result in violations or penalties under the HOA guidelines.
The good news: requests are typically reviewed and approved quickly when complete. We encourage you to submit early so your project can move forward without delays.
General Change Request Form - For any structural/architectural changes to your exterior. Ex decks, driveways, sidewalks/walkways, patios, spas, windows/screens, mailboxes, satellite dishes, garage doors, any other exterior remodeling
Roof Request Form - For repairs or replacements of roofs
Painting Request Form - For exterior painting projects, whether siding, gutters, trim, or sheds.
Fence Request Form - For construction of new fences or repairs/replacements of fences greater than 10% of existing fence materials.
