Pool Rules for 2025
BWHOA neighbors, as we begin the 2025 pool season we need each household to read & sign the new 2025 pool rules & waiver in order to gain entry once the pool is opened.
There are THREE options to complete the form:
Easiest — E-sign with your laptop/tablet/phone by following this link. Note: The E-sign process requires you to click a verification email to complete the submission. Please don’t forget to check your email (maybe even the junk folder) for this verification.
Easy-ish — Download the 2025 BWHOA Pool Rules & Waiver pdf file. Sign it on from your computer, see instructions for signing a PDF on MacOS, on Windows, or web based. then email the signed pdf to pool@bwhoa.org. Make sure to indicate if you have your keyfob or need a first keyfob issued.
Scenic Route — Download & print the BWHOA Pool Rules & Waiver pdf file (or request a printed copy from pool@bwhoa.org) Fill out the form and drop it in the black box next to the pool entry gate.
If you indicate you’ll need a new key fob issued, Matt will contact your phone number to arrange pickup. New key fobs and reactivated key fobs will be periodically uploaded to the lock in batches as availability allows, so please complete the waiver process in advance of your first visit to the pool.
